Challenges and Opportunities of the Argentinian Wool Clip

On 30 July 2019, Marco Gallia, Member of the Schneider Group Board, Managing Director at Fuhrmann and President of the Argentinian Wool Federation (FLA) held a presentation at the Rural 2019 event in Buenos Aires.
The presentation covered the challenges and opportunities for Argentinian wool and was presented to government officials, wool industry representatives as well as wool growers.

The presentation was well-received as it identified the existing market forces such as climate change, microplastic pollution and animal welfare conscious consumers and connected them to the strengths of the Argentinian wool clip as well as wool in general.
